What you provide
The growth audit form asks for your improvement goal, company name, an optional website or social page, your name and a business phone or WhatsApp number. You may separately opt in to future marketing messages. That box is optional and empty by default.
Why we use it
We use audit details to assess your request and contact you about it. Marketing updates are a separate purpose and are sent only if you opt in. You can withdraw marketing consent through the contact method below.
Source and technical data
The form also sends the page you used, referrer, first-touch landing/source where available, language and any available campaign parameters (UTMs or ad click identifiers) so we can understand how you found us. Basic server logs may include technical request information for security and operation. Analytics events do not include your name or phone number.
Optional analytics
Google Tag Manager is loaded only after you accept optional analytics in the site notice. Declining does not prevent an audit request. You can reopen the analytics choice using the Analytics preferences button in the footer.
Recipients, storage and retention
Audit requests are delivered to the configured lead webhook and may be stored in a connected spreadsheet or CRM. WhatsApp is a separate provider when you choose to contact us there. Data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. We keep records for the time needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize them where appropriate. Exact providers, locations and retention periods must be confirmed against the production setup.
Your choices
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify the request and may have to retain certain records where law requires it. This notice is operational information and should be reviewed by qualified Saudi privacy counsel before launch.
