Privacy policy

Information you give me

When you submit the audit form, you provide:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• Your business type
• The advertising platforms you use or are considering
• Your approximate monthly advertising budget
• Whether you are currently running ads

Information collected automatically

Together with a form submission, the site records the page the form was sent from, the referring page, the language of the form, the time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and any advertising parameters in the URL such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid and UTM parameters. These identify the campaign that brought you here; they do not identify you personally on their own.

Why this information is collected

• To reply to your audit request, normally on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To prepare the audit itself, which needs to know your platforms and rough budget.
• To understand which campaigns and keywords bring enquiries, so my own advertising can be measured honestly.

Where the information goes

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only I can access, via a Google Apps Script endpoint. If you continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics, advertising measurement and cookies

The site is built to work with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. When these tags are enabled, they may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, clicks on the audit button and WhatsApp button, and form submissions, and to attribute those actions to advertising campaigns. Events sent to these tools describe actions (for example “form submitted”) and the language of the page; they do not include your name or phone number.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. The audit form itself works without cookies.

How long information is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the tools listed above.

Your choices

• You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
• You can contact me on WhatsApp instead of using the form; the form is optional.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site collects or uses information changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
